Geoff Stewart comes from a background of trades and real estate. He started investing in real estate in the 1990s and has been successful ever since.

A graduate of the University of Waikato where she gained a Marketing Degree, Dorothy Zhou has been involved in Property Management for more than a decade. In this time, Dorothy has built a reputation within the industry for being professional and diligent and has developed great local knowledge about Hamilton City.

Dorothy is highly organised with excellent communication skills. She enjoys a challenge, is multi-lingual and has a good understanding of the multi-cultural aspects of Hamilton’s rental market. Carol has recently returned to Hamilton after spending 5 years in Perth Australia, where she was working for a property maintenance company.

Previous to her moving to Perth Carol was employed for 7 years with a Property Management Company in Hamilton, where she first started out as Administration Support advancing to Accounts then progressing on to the Office Managers role.

Carol brings to the company valuable experience within the Property Management field and also in running an office effectively and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.

She is highly organized with excellent communication skills and will work towards the best outcome for all concerned.







Tayler Paterson has recently moved to New Zealand from the United States, having worked in hospitality as an event coordinator for the last 8 years.

Tayler has a natural affinity with people from all backgrounds and establishes strong relationships within her community. She has a keen interest in house design and is eager to expand on this within New Zealand’s property market. She also brings a fresh, enthusiastic perspective to APR and the rental industry.

Her excellent communication skills and approachable personality help her resolve problems effectively. Tayler's relaxed style also ensures customers always feel comfortable when dealing with her.







Jordan is an accounting graduate from the University of Waikato who has recently completed a Bachelor of Business Analysis degree.

Prior to completing her studies, she worked in the audit industry where she developed strong communication, analytic and problem-solving skills.

Her passion for the community and regular involvement as a volunteer at the Hamilton Citizens Advice Bureau has enabled her to build strong relationships with community members from all backgrounds.

Lloyd Hollis has a background of working in the energy sector and has been a successful property investor since the late 1980s. As a member of the Waikato Property Investors Association, he continues to invest and keeps up to date with changes in the property market.

Lloyd's property management style is 'hands-on' and he consistently strives to provide a personalised service. He brings to Action Property Rentals proven experience which includes managing multi-storey apartments and taking an active role in Body Corporate responsibilities.

Twelve years ago, Lloyd set up a furniture rental business in Hamilton (Furniture and Whiteware Rentals) which continues to successfully operate and has proven to be an extra 'add on' to property management.

Part of Lloyd's property portfolio is out of town, so he relies on other property managers for their assistance. Lloyd knows what good customer service is about and is well-placed to help property investors achieve good returns on their investments.
