Geoff

Geoff Stewart comes from a background of trades and real estate. He started investing in real estate in the 1990s and has been successful ever since. 

As the director of the company, Geoff’s role is to inspire and manage others to work at their highest level. A hands-on landlord himself, he also supervises property maintenance for APR. 

Geoff is outstanding in problem-solving, helping customers in a professional and attentive manner, and is both tactful and assertive when necessary in dealing with people. 

Geoff is a great asset for APR for his skill in handling the public with professionalism and sensitivity, and his many years’ experience in trade business.

 

 

 

 

 

Dorothy

A graduate of the University of Waikato where she gained a Marketing Degree, Dorothy Zhou has been involved in Property Management for more than a decade. In this time, Dorothy has built a reputation within the industry for being professional and diligent and has developed great local knowledge about Hamilton City.

Dorothy is highly organised with excellent communication skills. She enjoys a challenge, is multi-lingual and has a good understanding of the multi-cultural aspects of Hamilton’s rental market. Her great advantage is in building bridges between different cultures to maximise the profit for your rental. An efficient, energetic and measured approach is the signature of her style.

As a property investor herself, Dorothy understands the importance of selecting the best tenants at the best possible rent and is focused on offering a hassle-free service to landlords.

Dorothy also believes in tailored service to suit the wide-ranging needs of landlords and strives to provide the best customer service with a personal touch and in a professional manner.

 

 

 

Carol

Carol has recently returned to Hamilton after spending 5 years in Perth Australia, where she was working for a property maintenance company.

Previous to her moving to Perth Carol was employed for 7 years with a Property Management Company in Hamilton, where she first started out as Administration Support advancing to Accounts then progressing on to the Office Managers role.

Carol brings to the company valuable experience within the Property Management field and also in running an office effectively and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.

She is highly organized with excellent communication skills and will work towards the best outcome for all concerned.

 

 

 

 

 

Sandra

Sandra has a strong background in property management and administration. She previously worked for a well known property company in Hamilton, where she started off part-time doing inspections and report entry. It was soon discovered that she had administration expertise and the role grew into a full-time position, taking care of all rental admin, inspections, viewings and more.

Before property management, Sandra was a personal trainer and ran boot camps from various locations across Hamilton. This taught her to deal with a wide variety of people and their diverse needs. She found this greatly helped her in property management as she had learnt to be firm but fair, to listen and investigate, and then deliver the appropriate solution for the challenge at hand.

Sandra is delighted to be joining the APR team and although it is not a requirement, she is currently studying to obtain her Certificate in Property Management. She plans to use her new knowledge to ensure tenants and landlords alike are complying with all acts and codes, helping to achieve the best living conditions for tenants and the best tenants for landlords.

 

 

 

Alison

Alison moved to Hamilton after spending two years in Auckland. Prior to that, she graduated in South Africa with an honours degree in fine arts, majoring in photography and printing.

She worked in the real estate industry for publications and was a Property Manager before becoming a full-time mum to twin boys. With her wide range of expertise, Alison has a keen eye for detail and is also a skilled website designer.

She aims to provide an enriching experience to those she meets inside and outside APR.  She believes problems can be solved with the right attitude and a friendly approach. Alison is excited to be on board with the team at Action Property Rentals and is looking forward to working with both landlords and tenants for continued successful relationships.
